Today I want to teach how to make fruity soya bean jelly (dadih). Firstly, soak 30gm of agar-agar in a bowl for about 20minutes. Then boil it together with the pandan leaves in 500ml of water. Lower the fire and add in 250gm of sugar. When it is dissolved, add in 1litre of soya milk and bring it to a boil again. Next, switch off the fire and stir in a small tin of evaporated milk. Add in the fruit cocktail. Finally, pour the mixture into small cups. Leave the jelly to set and put it in the fridge before serving. Plz try it k and enjoy its taste..happy cooking.. =D
