MOUNTAIN CLIMBING by Mohd Shahril

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. I posted that in my blog to make me always remember it and do it. So, tomorrow I plan to going back to my hometown because…Well, you know that. Happy Chinese Holiday. Hehehe. Tomorrow finally come and today is Friday. Based on my plan, I’ll be at my home at 8 pm. Yeepi!! Yeepi!!. After Pray of Jumaat, I went to the Cafeteria to have my last lunch before the holiday. But, this lunch will going to change everything. My friend there, Hazlie was asking me weather I want to go to climb the mountain. Angsi Mountain at State of Negeri Sembilan. Lots of my friend were asking me that question before but I refused because home is my priority. But today, they look very seriously to ask me join in this activity which it was organized by BKRS of Ungku Omar College. I don’t know. Should i? I’m thinking, thinking and thinking..
Then, there is an unpredictable answer. Yes! I want to. At that moment, my plan was become a fantasy. I’ll not going back. Wait for me my home, I will be there soon. So, I did’nt have lunch that day. I have to get ready and pack my stuff into the bag. I have two our before we go. Later,we was arrived there at 9pm. We stay at a beautiful chalet surrounded by a lake, sound of bird, green forest. It’s so lovely and I don’t know how to describe the beautiful of it. “Don’t do anything” said our leader of expedition. “You have to spend your energy, tomorrow you gonna be tough and energytic, so sleep now”. What do you think? Am I going to sleep? No, you’re wrong. My friend and I actually walk out from the chalet. We want to see the environment, the waterfall at the night, people whose were camping, and we hang out, talk of course!!. Suddenly,I looked at my watch. Oh dear, it is 3 am already. We must sleep now, tomorrow is nearly come. I hope we can wake up early with full energy and high spiritually. Hope so.
Morning was come, now all of us were ready to climb up to the top of the mountain. We eat, then we warming up a little. I’m so excited and feel nervous too because I don’t know weather I can do that or not. It’s 700 metres. You have to think twice before you decide to do that. However, I put my whole confident to this. Lets prove it to the world that I can do it. We can do it!. My journey begin and four of the fireman were taking place to guide me to the top of the mountain,safely.
